I just want Cake or Paper, not both!

That’s fine, we can quote you for cake, paper, or a bespoke package. Contact us directly with your requirements and Vicki or Matt will get back to you as soon as possible.

How much notice do you need for orders?

As with any custom ordered product – as much notice as possible is best – we’re only a small team and we really don’t like to turn any clients away. As a general rule of thumb, 6 weeks notice before your required date for both cake and paper orders so we can ensure everyone is happy with design and styles.

Can you make me this exact product?

Please don’t ask us to copy like for like! We’re more than happy to have a look at anything you have found to use as inspiration for your own bespoke pieces – you can even hop on over to our Pinterest page where we pile all of our favourites from other fabulous designers – but please place your trust in our creative skills that we will then create a wholly bespoke design that is completely personal to you and your event – it’s what we do best!

I need a cake next week – can you help?!

Possibly, dependant on your order requirements, it doesn’t hurt to ask, we’re all ears!

I’ve got an allergy/intolerance…

All our cakes are made in the same kitchen, so while care is taken to avoid cross contamination we cannot guarantee an allergen/intolerance free environment. Please contact us to discuss any allergy requirements.

Do you deliver?

Paper orders can be delivered by hand within BS21 postcodes, sent by recorded post (charges apply) or collected.

Cakes can be delivered free within BS21 postcodes. For deliveries outside of the area please enquire when ordering so we can provide you a quote.
